North Queensland’s most sensational multisport location awaits you. 

This event involves a Paddle, Run and Mountain Bike ride that takes in tropical Dunk Island and beautiful Mission Beach.  Riding through World Heritage Tropical Rainforest, running Mt Kootaloo & Mission Beach beach, and ocean paddling in the Great Barrier Reef marine park.

A fun event for all levels we recommend you make a weekend of it

Individuals:

• $120.00 per person
• Open: 16 – 49 years. Masters: 50 years plus

Teams (2 or 3 or 4 persons – relay):

• $90.00 per person3
• Mixed, Woman’s, Men’s
• (Min age of 13 years old for short course / min 16 years for long course)

*Juniors

• Individuals: 13 – 17 years
• $50.00 per person
• Teams (ALL 13 – 17 years)
• $35.00 per person

(*Juniors 13-15 participation is Short Course ONLY, Juniors 16-17 can choose to enter Open category or do Long Course: all subject to parent/legal guardian approval & capability waiver prior to the event)
